Heineken LFDW2016 Day 1 – Aisha Abubakr

The opening night of the Heineken Lagos Fashion and Design Week (#LFDW2016) on Wednesday featured Nigerian designers showing off their collections.

Designer Aisha Abubakar Achonu came ready. When the lights went up and her plus-size models took the stage with charisma that couldn’t be bought, it was obvious the applauding crowd was in for a treat.
