Dear Davido, After All Your Noise “Your Boy Mayorkun Didn’t Get Any HEADIES Nomination”

So much for Davido‘s plan to pull a Kanye at this year’s Headies Award if his newly signed act, Mayorkun doesn’t win the NEXT RATED category. He promised to do the same thing Olamide did at the last headies!!

Now, The Breaking News is that Mayorkun didn’t even get nominated in ANY category. Too Bad!!

Remember in 2015, Davido advised YBNL’s Lil Kesh to ‘pull a Kanye’ at the Headies if he doesn’t walk home with ‘Next Rated Award’. Well, Olamide did it for him and the rest is history.

Now Davido’s January 10, 2016 tweet will haunt him for a long time, See below:-

As it stands, Mayorkun may have to scramble for the spoils by hustling to get in the race for the ‘Rookie of the Year’ category and mobilise his fans to vote for him to stand any chance of smiling home with an award at the 2016 Headies otherwise, he’ll have to wait till next year.
